1 can of tuna (drained)
A handful of arugula
1 small onion (sliced)
Red bell pepper (sliced)
Lemon slices
Black pepper to taste
Romaine lettuce (or iceberg lettuce)

Wash and chop the arugula, onion, red bell pepper, and lettuce.
Season the Tuna:
Drain the oil from the tuna.
